At iSTYLE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your iSTYLE account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the quality check is complete.
